JOLLY BEACH RESORT P.O. Box W2009 Bolans Village Antigua, West Indies Jolly Beach Resort is about 7 miles from the capital of St. John's and 9 miles from the airport. Jolly Beach Resort is one of Antigua's largest resorts, with 462 rooms in low-rise buildings, set among 40 acres of gardens with exotic palm trees and fragrant flowers. It is located in Antigua, a beautiful Island set in the Caribbean Sea, lying within the Eastern Caribbean Archipelago. The climate is agreeable, with a refreshing breeze and beautiful beaches. All 462 air-conditioned rooms have television, direct-dial telephone and hairdryer as features in an "all-inclusive" package for the fun-loving visitor. Arrival/Departure Time: Check-in time: 3pm, and check-out time: 11am Early check-in and late check-out on request, and subject to availability. Children Policy: Infant to 2 years are free, 3-11 years are considered children, and 12 years & older are charged as adults.
Maximum Occupancy: Super Saver - 2 adults. Standard - 2 adults. Superior - 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Junior Suite - 2 adults.

There are 4 room categories to accommodate singles, couples, and families.
All rooms are oceanview and are equipped with a/c, ceiling fans, hair dryer, TV, direct dial telephone, clock radio, shower and/or bath, balcony or patio and in-room safe ($).
 

SUPERSAVER, Intimate rooms, similar in size to a cruise ship cabin, one double bed, with a shower, and balcony or patio. Best suited for singles or intimate value- minded couples. Located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

STANDARD, Larger than the supersaver room. Rooms have one king size bed or two twin beds, with a shower and a balcony or patio. Suitable for singles or couples. Located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

SUPERIOR, All rooms with 2 queen beds, shower and bath, balcony or patio. Best suited for couples, 3-4 friends traveling together or families with children. Located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Superior queen/king categories have been common rated. Bedding assignments will be based on occupancy. Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

JUNIOR SUITE, All junior suites have a separate sitting area. All rooms with king size bed, shower and balcony. Located on 2nd, 3rd or 4th floors.

HEMISPHERES, Hemispheres is our casual, semi-outdoor main dining room. Enjoy a colorful Caribbean decor, island music during meals and a breezy relaxed atmosphere surrounded by palm trees.
COCONUT GRILL, Located just steps from the beach and next to our Fantasy Pool, the Coconut Grill serves up barbeque light grill food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, fish sandwiches & fries all afternoon. Open daily from 12:00pm until 5:00pm
LYDIA'S CARIBBEAN SEAFOOD, Serving Caribbean cuisine and fresh grilled seafood right on the beach. Open for Dinner from 6:30pm until 10:00pm Sunday Brunch with Steel Band entertainment from 12:00pm until 3:00pm
RISTORANTE BOCCIOLO, Exceptional ambiance and air-conditioned comfort, Ristorante Bocciolo features an antipasto bar, home-made pasta, salads and entrees cooked and prepared in Italian style. Open for Dinner from 6:30pm until 10:00pm Reservations are required. Some supplementary menu items are not part of the all- inclusive plan and are subject to a small surcharge.
Dress Code: Women - Elegantly casual, no beachwear. Men - Long pants and shirts with collars are required. No jeans, shorts, sneakers or slippers permitted.
UTSAV INDIAN RESTAURANT, Tucked in a cozy, open air setting, UTSAV features a selection of dishes from India's many varied cuisines, prepared in our open kitchen. Appetizers and entrees include seafood, lamb and chicken prepared in the traditional Indian style. Enjoy a unique "festival of Indian flavors". Open for Dinner from 6:30pm until 10:00pm. All extras are to be paid locally during interview or at least 48 hours prior to the ceremony. -The hotel will accept credit cards as payment. Location: -The ceremony will be performed by a marriage officer and take place at one of two wedding Gazebos located on the grounds of the hotel, which is located overlooking the fantasy pool and four feet away from the beach. Other locations may be discussed with the on-site wedding coordinator or the assistant wedding coordinator, if desired.

Documentation required (original documents required are): -Passports -Birth Certificates or Drivers License with photograph -Original of Decree Absolute if one of the parties is a divorcee -Original of Death and Marriage Certificate in the case of a widow or widower -Original of Deed Poll in the case of a name change -If under the age of 18, evidence of consent of both parents is required in the form of an affidavit by a notary public Please Note: If documents are not in English they must be translated and stamped by the court.

Stipulations: -Weddings Ceremonies will be conducted from Mondays- Saturdays excluding Public Holidays and Sundays. Between 10:00am-5:00 pm by a Marriage Officer. -There is no residency period to be married in Antigua; however we do require at least one working day to process documents.
