St. James's Club offers 178 rooms in five categories, 105 of which are located in three of the Club's Main Buildings, referred to as Bougainvillea, Hibiscus and Poinciana. The remaining 73 rooms are private villas that overlook Mamora Bay in what is referred to as the "Village". Arrival/Departure Time: Check-in time: 3pm, and check-out time: 12pm Children Policy: EP - European Plan Children 11 years and under stay free as third or fourth person in room. AI - All Inclusive Under 2 years free of charge 2-11 charged as children 12 years and over pay adult rate Maximum Occupancy: Club Room - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Premium Room - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Beachfront - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Suite - 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. 2-Bdrm Villa - 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. All accommodations are air-conditioned with either two double or one king-size bed, ceiling fans, hairdryer, private bath with shower and tub, safety deposit box, direct-dial telephone, color cable television, alarm clock radio, bathrobes and private balconies or patios. A rollaway can be put into Club or Premium Rooms.

CLUB ROOM, Situated on the ground floor, two double beds (king bed on request), private terrace with gardenview.

PREMIUM ROOM, Located on the ground or upper floor, one king bed or two double beds, private terrace or balcony with oceanview. Connecting rooms on request.

BEACHFRONT, Located in 2-story beachfront buildings, one king or two queen beds, private terrace or balcony with oceanview, fridge, extra large bathtubs. Connecting rooms n request.

SUITES, Single-story suites, king bed, sitting area with fridge, private terrace with a bay view.

2-BEDROOM VILLA, Situated in The Village, living/dining area, full kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with deep-soaking tub and shower. A second bedroom with two twin beds and its own bathroom (shower only). Balconies or terraces overlook the gardens, beach or Mamora Bay. Rollaway beds provided for additional adults.

DOCKSIDER, An open-air grill offers romantic candlelit dining on the waterfront.
PICCOLO MONDO, Fine dining restaurant offers creative a la carte Caribbean and Mediterranean cuisine. For All-Inclusive guests there is an additional fee.
GARDEN PATIO, An outdoor patio where you will enjoy both early morning coffee service and afternoon tea.

DINING (continued)
Dress Code: In the restaurants, shoes are worn, and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30pm, men wear slacks (no shorts or jeans, capri or 3/4 pants) and collared shirts with short or long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes, or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts", cutoffs, or jeans). Jackets are preferred for men on a year-round basis at the Manager's Party and Gala Evening dinners. Jackets for men are required on certain evenings during the Christmas/New Year Holiday time periods. Restaurants are closed during theme party nights usually Monday and Thursday. During summer months, one restaurant will be open in the evening, based on occupancy level. Limited room service at additional fee and not included in all inclusive plan.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS
All minimum lengths of stay requirements are subject to change without notice. Year round, 3-night minimum stay (except holiday). 2007 Minimum Stays-7 night minimum stay required in The Club (Club room, Premium room, Beachfront & Suite) December 21, 2007-January 2, 2008 and 02/07/07-02/23/07. 5-night minimum stay required 01/03/07-04/15/07, all other dates require a 3 night consecutive stay. In the Village (Villas) over Christmas and New Year's departures by December 26, 2007 require a 7 night minimum; otherwise, a 10 night minimum. Stays under the minimum requirement will be charged at the full minimum stay.
